Guangdong Longtai Industrial Company has a full production line for personal care products, which can meet customers' one-stop procurement needs. We now have a professional production line for PE tubes, aluminum tubes, PET bottles, PE bottles, liquid production and filling, soap and other accessories. We are also equipped with productions for injection molding, UV and silk printing, hot-stamping, and labeling.

We have always been committed to developing sustainable solutions for cosmetic packaging so that less and less post-consumer packaging waste will be produced. Our R&D team can provide customers with a variety of environmental friendly packaging solutions such as recyclable plastic, 100% bio-based materials, and ECOPURE that can increase the degradability rate of plastic to save our planet from more and more plastic consumption.

Manufacturing facilities

At present, we have a modern factory covering an area of 20000 square meters and a building area of over 40000 square meters, including a liquid filling and production base that meets GMPC standards, a laboratory for formula research and development, and also equipped with semi-automatic and fully automatic filling equipment. We have passed the ISO9001, ISO22716, and GMPC certification for many consecutive years.

We have formed qualified manufacturing stands with our strict internal training and qualification inspection system.
